Privacy Policy
This policy describes what personal data we collect through this site, what we use it for, and the rights you have over it.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Aurelika SpA (Chilean tax ID 78.441.679-8), domiciled in Santiago, Chile. You can reach us at contacto@aurelika.com.
2. What we collect
The only way we collect personal data on this site is the contact form, where you voluntarily provide:
Name.
Company.
Email address.
Any message you choose to write (optional).
Your theme (light/dark) preference is stored only in your browser's local storage. Your language preference is stored in a functional cookie (aurelika-lang), strictly necessary to remember the language you prefer to view the site in; it is not used for tracking or advertising.
To show you the site in your language on your first visit, we use the country code our infrastructure (Cloudflare) derives from your IP address. We use it only at that moment to choose the language and do not store it.
Apart from that functional language cookie, the site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics.
3. What we use it for
We use the form data exclusively to answer your inquiry, prepare quotes you request, and manage any business relationship that follows from that contact.
The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and the handling of pre-contractual steps you request.
We do not use your data for advertising, nor do we sell or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Who processes the data
To run the site and deliver your message we rely on a single provider acting as data processor:
Cloudflare, Inc. — the infrastructure hosting the site and the service that delivers the form message to our inbox.
This provider may process data on servers located outside Chile (mainly in the United States), under its own contractual data-protection commitments.
5. Retention
We keep contact messages only for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any business relationship that may follow, and delete them afterwards.
6. Your rights
Under Chilean Law No. 19.628 on the Protection of Private Life, and any regulation amending or replacing it, you may at any time request access to, rectification, cancellation or blocking of your personal data by writing to contacto@aurelika.com. We respond within reasonable timeframes, at no cost to you.
7. Security
We apply reasonable security measures: the site is served exclusively over HTTPS, form data travels encrypted, and access to the inbox where it is received is protected.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this policy and its date. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
